This space is equipped with a full outdoor kitchen, dining and living areas, and a hot tub. A VIP guest suite is adjacent to the entrance and leads to a powder bath – right next to a pantry / laundry room. An office and a master suite – with direct access to the outdoor living space – complete this floor.
